Refund policy
- We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchanges and returns are to be made in store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon collection and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, due to hygienic and health concerns. These include:

All Ski Pants
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
As our service offering include physical item collection at our store, you agree that you have the opportunity to inspect the product before leaving our premises. As such the cool off period with relation to online sales will not apply.
We do not offer cash refunds, but, may in certain circumstances offer store credit.
